Stricter rules against greenwashing and clear guidelines for environmental claims: With the binding application start of the EU EmpCo Directive (Empowering Consumers for the Green Transition) on September 27, 2026, stricter requirements for advertising statements and marketing measures now apply. We are deliberately offering this webinar a few weeks after the deadline to give you a practical assessment of your current situation. In this 90-minute online event, we will look back together at relevant court cases from recent months and share initial practical insights from the fresh application practice of the amended UWG (Unfair Competition Act). Learn how to position your corporate communication legally compliant, transparent, and future-proof from now on.

What awaits you: Part 1: Practical Input & Recommendations for Action (11:00 AM – 11:45 AM) The experts from the agency Grubengold will give you a clear overview of the core requirements of the EmpCo Directive.
