AI in Practice - The New Logic of Collaboration

Getting Started: Who used AI this week - and who avoided it?

Fundamentals: How AI concretely intervenes in cooperation projects today. AI does not make cooperation superfluous - it makes it better. Improved data flow and structured documentation are two areas that count in any collaboration. This is where the moment of insight lies: less friction, more reliability between partners.

Opportunities & Risks: Don't think complex - act consistently Screen processes, identify standard processes, automate them one by one. High quality, low cost and effort. The employee always remains in control. Organic introduction to ATNs: individual dashboards designed together with employees - as support, not as a replacement.

In Practice: Where do we start? Suitable ATN examples for the step-by-step setup of agent teams and the sensible use of existing tools such as HAWK - controlled, sensible, at your own pace.
